You may choose not to provide certain information, but this may limit your ability to use some features.

1.2Information collected automatically

When you use the Platform, we automatically collect:

  • Device and usage dataIP address, browser type, device IDs, OS, pages visited, time spent
  • Location datageneral location from IP; precise location if you enable location services
  • Cookies and similar technologiesused to remember preferences, analyze usage, personalize content

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.

  • Send booking confirmations and reminders

  • Maintain business records

We may aggregate or anonymize information so that it can no longer reasonably identify you and use that data for any lawful purpose.

With Schools and Students

  • • When you book, we share your contact and booking details with the School
  • • When you list as a School, Students see your public profile, pricing, and reviews
  • • Messages may be visible to recipients and our support team

With service providers

We engage trusted third parties for:

  • • Payment processing and payout providers
  • • Cloud hosting and storage
  • • Analytics, marketing, and email platforms
  • • Identity verification and fraud prevention

These providers may access your information only to perform services for us.

For legal reasons

We may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, detect fraud, or enforce our Terms.

Business transfers

If we're involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.

With your consent

We may share information for any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection, with your consent.

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. If applicable law defines "sale" more broadly, we will honor any opt-out rights you have.

The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or other age as defined by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without appropriate parental consent.

A parent or guardian may create an account and book lessons for a minor, but the adult is responsible for the booking and for ensuring all information is accurate.

If you believe we have collected personal information from a child without consent, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. International transfers

DriveSchoolHub may process and store information in countries other than where you live, including the United States. These countries may have different data-protection laws.

Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards (such as contractual commitments) to protect your information when it is transferred internationally.

9. Third-party sites and services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies before providing them with your information.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page and may provide additional notice (for example, via email or in-app).

Your continued use of the Platform after a revised Policy becomes effective means you accept the changes. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Platform.
